HeartWealth Kitchens is a group of like-minded individuals on a personal course to optimal health. We share tips, ideas, recipes, food knowledge, virtual cooking classes, and more. Many of our group challenges are the perfect jumpstart to a healthier lifestyle. Shona is a Food and Health Advisor with studies in “Food and Health” through Stanford University and loves educating clients and community. We encourage everyone to eat healthy whole foods, preferably plant based, but whatever your preferences, we’re here to help you keep them healthy.
HerHEARTWEALTH is an elevated and safe space of empowerment, encouragement, and development for woman navigating the complexities of love, relationships, and marriage. Shona has been married, widowed, divorced, HEALED, and thankfully now married to her best friend! Her journey is the message that she diligently shares with all women.

We have a ball in the Kitchen! Our Facebook group is an extension of the HeartWealth community. Men and women just like you gather here to share healthy recipes, food storage tips, weight loss tips, laughs and so much more! I’m a Food and Health Advisor with certificates of study in “Food and Health” through Stanford University and “Designing Your Personal Weight Loss Plan” through Case Western Reserve University. I love educating clients and community. The relationship with food is one of the most important connections we must skillfully maintain. I encourage everyone to eat healthy whole foods, preferably plant-based. No matter your preferences, be sure they contribute to your physical wealth!
